An exceptional experience, staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very welcoming. It's the perfect place to unwind and recover after a tough day at work or a demanding gym session. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking post-workout rejuvenation. The water therapy and sauna works wonders!

The venue is slick with a ‘sports’ recovery vibe and not a luxe bathhouse vibe, yet facilities are clean and it’s a well managed business. Coffs has been needing something like this for ages!

Always a great experience - the team is always SO welcoming and warm and happy to go through everything and answer all my questions. The Vitamin IV’s & B12 injections have become a part of my monthly routine and I have more energy, clear minded and just feel better all round, plus it has also boosted my immune system which is great as I cannot afford any down time. No pretentiousness, no smoke in mirrors, just honest and premium care backed by knowledge and lived experience on the owners behalf. Put yourself first and book an appointment.

A great space to gain the therapeutic benefit of contrast pools and sauna. Haven't tried the other services yet. Friendly staff. Grateful to have Refined and their services in Coffs Harbour. Just missing a private shower to have a proper wash off after the chlorine.

Refined Recovery & Wellness has exceeded my expectations from the luxury design & well planned layout of the establishment to the variety of services available at a reasonable price. My first experience was a bundle including the magnesium pools, sauna & compression…Fantastic experience! I will be back, this is exactly what Coffs Harbour needed…Well done guys!

Refined is a great place for sauna & magnesium pool sessions. Staff are pleased to guide & friendly as are patrons. High standard of cleanliness & healthy teas post sessions complete a most satisfying experience.

Refined is great. Really lovely atmosphere. I’ve had a membership for 3 months and have noticed improvements to overall health and well-being. The contrast pools are excellent for muscle recovery, reducing inflammation and pain/nerve pain, calming the mind - cold plunge is invigorating, and calming for the mind. Sauna is lovely and a great heat. The staff are relaxed friendly and welcoming. Always clean and nice. A good mix of people and social community.

Been coming here for a few months now and absolutely love it! the people that work here are so nice as well as the people you meet in the pools/sauna.. really notice a difference in my recovery and sleep when I miss a few days.

Love the contrast pools. Really helps with ongoing health issues. Wish the sauna was infrared, I would definitely use it.
