I chose the infrared sauna and flotation package. It was my first time to visit. The staff explained everything that was going to happen, how I may feel, what the experience might be like for me...all of which was very important for me to be told. Most of us have a bit of anxiety on our first experience with anything new, and I did. BUT I will definitely return. I think that each visit will be better than the last and I will be able to eventually let go and completely benefit from the experience.

The facility is amazing and the sauna was next level. Wonderful products to use after your sauna too that just add to the overall experience. Loved I could listen to music or a podcast as well through Bluetooth. Highly recommended.

Went to the Waiora room today and absolutely loved it! The service was impeccable, the sauna was brilliant and the plunge pool was good- even though it was a test of will power to endure! Can’t wait to come again in the near future

Quite simply surreal, this is an experience I would never have entertained throughout my life, I'm absolutely blown away. We were greeted by Phil and his induction had my complete attention, such an articulate gentleman. The Float and Sauna was amazing, my partner and I have never experienced something so soul shifting, emotionally lifting, and future fitting as our time at Floatation Sanctuary, I couldn't recommend this enough. Thank you Phil and the team there for sharing your space with my partner and I.

Always an amazing experience at the Floatation Sanctuary. You are guaranteed to relax from the moment you step through the door. The staff really care about the place and their customers and the service is top notch. I love getting the trio of compression therapy, infrared sauna and the float - the best way to recover after a hard training week.
