She was warm, friendly and inviting, ensuring I was comfortable and well informed. Nice salon. Everyone there is friendly and they do know what they're doing. I usually go in for Cornrows . The lady who does my hair is very gentle and can hold the hair firmly but it doesn't hurt. I will definitely be going back . [ well I already do ]

The service was top-tier from start to finish—the team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. ​What really stood out was the expert advice I received. I was originally booked for a combination of Ultrasonic Cavitation, Radio-frequency skin tightening, and vacuum suction contouring. However, after a thorough consultation, the staff recommended a different treatment approach that they believed would be more beneficial and yield better results for my specific needs.

I can’t recommend Dan highly enough. I came to him with a thumb injury and, from the very first appointment, the service was outstanding. Rather than rushing into treatment, he took the time to understand exactly what had happened, explained everything clearly, and recommended the treatments he believed would be most effective. I’ve been having shockwave therapy twice a week (I’ve just had my second session) alongside daily cryotherapy, and the improvement in my thumb has been incredible. The pain has reduced significantly, and my mobility has improved far more quickly than I expected.

I travel from Telford just to get my hair braided here.. Every single time my hair looks absolutely on point 👌🏾and I always leave feeling amazing.
