I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Calm relaxing treatment room. A good amount of pressure was applied during my back and shoulder massage, as requested (Id been hunched over a keyboard all day!). Face massage was really wonderful too. Thank you Paula.

The best pregnancy massage I’ve ever had. Sasha made me feel welcome and at ease, she had a wonderful energy that comes through when massaging. I left feeling so nurtured and relax, will definitely be back.

The massage was great! It was my first time there. I booked a whole body session and Sasha was very nice and friendly. She used some really nice oils and relaxing music in the background and made sure I was always comfortable, tailored the massage to my needs and even showed me some exercises for better posture. I 100% recommend this place and will book again!

I normally hate any kind of beauty treatments but Angela is very welcoming, takes the time to explain and listen. Not only paints beautifully but comes up with great nail design ideas too. After such wonderful, friendly service I decided to book my first ever facial/dermaplaning, would definitely recommend. Shoulder/neck/face massage was amazing…especially if you like being cosy and warm with fluffy and heated blanket. I will definitely be back to have a giggle and a Power Nap.

I had a lymphatic massage with Katie and it felt so relaxing and l did realise how much water my body retained and feel so much better for having this. I highly recommend that if you are thinking of trying this then go ahead and do so you will certainly feel the benefit.

My 2nd pregnancy massage and despite the heatwave this was still incredibly relaxing and amazing experience! Paula has loads of fans so the room was a lovely cool temperature, and as always the massage itself was wonderful! Highly recommend and I’ll be coming regularly now I’m in the third trimester! Paula is fantastic!
