Wow ! This beautiful woman has the most magical healing hands Rachel seemed to know exactly what I needed as part of my massage treatment . I have had the most amazing experience . I’ve had several treatments at Gaia Wellness over the past year and have always had a fantastic experience. The team are friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. A special mention to Rachael, who always takes the time to listen to what I need and adapts each treatment accordingly. Her personalised approach makes every session feel tailored to me. What I particularly love is that Gaia is a local independent business where you get consistent, personal service, unlike larger spas where you often see a different therapist every visit. Had my normal sculpting facial massage which gives amazing results. I also had a Thai foot massage which is heaven and very informative about what's occurring in your body. Can't recommend both treatment enough

I am honestly so glad that my sister recommended Rachel for lymphatic massage. She is truly amazing at what she does and such a lovely person. I feel like I have known her for years and talk to her about anything and everything. I am 7 months post partum and have had two c sections within 2 years. Rachel does some body contouring for me and lymphatic massage. I have noticed such a difference with the treatments I have done and I’m really happy with the results so far. Had my eyebrows done, and I couldn't fault them at all. I love them, It didn't feel rushed it was surprisingly relaxing (for an eyebrow wax) it actually felt like a treat. Already recommended to others. I'll 100% be back :)
