Alouise expertly sorted out some aches and pains with a great massage. I also tried reflexology for Raynaud's disease and it definitely improved the circulation in my feet. Thanks for a great session!

Amanda provided an amazing massage service, I would definitely come back for that. She is very professional, introduced herself and made the experience most comfortable. The lady running the ionic bath was very welcoming, and educated me a lot on the service as well as the colon cleansing service, which I'm looking forward to booking soon. I was not given the complementary drink mentioned on the site, considering the spa had a gorgeous coffee aroma and I did mention I would appreciate a cup, I might have given a 5 rating.

I love the fact that they are so flexible with their hours. Being busy and not having much time, being helped on a Sunday is amazing. The place is tranquil, very neat & tidy and the consultant was very helpful & made me feel very welcome & calm. I am certainly going back.
