Gemma was amazing. I had a massage, it was only 20 pounds and one of the best massages I've had. I went into the massage with some problem areas which felt much better when I left. Cannot wait to go back again and cannot recommend it enough.

Wow! What a massage! I was warmly welcomed and shown to the room, massage started right on time. I had the thai oil massage for 1hr and felt absolutely fantastic afterwards. Definitely don't plan anything after you get a masaage here as you will need time to chill after as it is so relaxing! :) 100% recommend. Can't wait to come back. Thank You so much!

Professional and friendly service, with a unique relaxing atmosphere. I just want to say this massage was one of the best massages I have ever had.I think I'm already addicted of it!! :)) The massage was amazing, stress relieving and I honestly can't wait every single time to go back there. Just come back from having a package 4 deal. Full body massage and a deluxe facial. Honestly I feel like I could teleport home and straight into my bed. It was amazing and Melissa was fantastic. Thankyou so much!!!

Today I had 2 amazing treatments with Melissa. Hot Stones Back & Scalp Massage which I normally have and absolutely love it, fantastic as always. & The NEW Japanese head spa Treatment. Not having it before I wasn't sure what to expect but I really was so lovely & relaxing I fell asleep twice as I was lying down on a couch whilst my scalp had all these amazing experiences, water trickling all over my scalp, massage and all the lovely aromas of the products. I highly recommend to anyone that loves their hair played with or scalp massaged this is the treatment for you . Both were fantastic

I had a back massage and a facial, and the lady who did it was very professional and it was so relaxing. I will definitely recommend other people to visit the treatment room at the parkour hotel and spa.

My experience at Ooh hair and beauty was amazing! As soon as I walked in they made me feel comfortable and offered me a drink. Ellie, who done my hair, was amazing my hair feels so fresh and soft! You wouldn’t think she’s an apprentice. My whole experience here was lovely from start to finish would definitely recommend and I will be back!
