I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this incredible salon, and I am beyond impressed! The staff are all exceptionally skilled, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and relaxed. The beauty therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. Every treatment was performed with such precision and care. Kirsten gave me the most amazing massage and charolette finished the reatnof my treatment with a hopi ear candlening giving me instant relief from my sinus pain. I had my first full body massage today in the wellness centre upstairs. Really nice, quiet and peaceful environment and a lovely massage! After suffering a recent broken leg and also have difficulty with pain/joint due to rheumatoid arthritis, the massage really helped. Will definitely be back. Really nice to see a hair dressing company putting in extra work and effort to provide an all rounded service including wellness. I also had my hair cut a few weeks ago by Donna, really good to see her back hairdressing. She is amazing with her scissors and does a fantastic job!

I've never been to Serenity before and the staff were so welcoming when I came in. I would highly recommend Lauren's massage. It was very relaxed and she also made sure to focus on areas I had requested. Will definitely be back!

I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. I came out feeling lighter, calmer, and completely renewed from head to toe. If you’re thinking about booking this pamper… do it xx
