Amazing. Best massage I have ever had. Relaxing and reviving. I’ve had a chest infection for a month and felt so much better after this massage. The hot stones combined with the oils and Jane’s expertise were amazing and I will be back.

Lucy did such a great job of getting the stiffness and knots out of my really tight back, neck and shoulders. She is by far the best at deep tissue massage that I've ever experienced. Her salon room has a lovely ambience too. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been quite a few times to Rejuvinate Hair and Beauty and they never fail to give the best service . Today I had a back scrub and massage which was heaven . Also had my toe nails painted which Nikki was kind enough to squeeze me in for . Couldn’t rate this salon higher xxx

Lucy gives the best massage’s ever, and suffering from back issues I have used Lucy for over a year now and all back issues have totally disappeared. Not only is it exceptionally clean, Lucy is very professional and makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I can’t recommend Lucy enough!!!

My treatment with Jane was by far the best massage I've ever had (and I've had quite a few)! I had the thermal heated back massage and would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone! As well as the hot stones and warm oil, Jane also used heated towels, provided a foot cleanse and scalp massage - lots of little touches that were unexpected but made it feel really special and even more relaxing. Amazing value for money and a really nice environment, Jane was also really friendly and warm - I will definitely be returning! Thank you

This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. The whole experience was actually really enjoyable and relaxing especially knowing the positive impact on my skin. My skin feels wonderful. Actually glowing. I've already booked my next one.

Charlie is always polite and welcoming. Puts you instantly at ease. He is good at listening to what issues you have gives a good massage. He then gives additional support and aftercare for you to use between massages.

Amazing Indian head massage. Jane is brilliant at what she does. Always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. I get a lot of pain and carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders but after a treatment with Jane I feel a million times better!!

An amazing experience 👏👏👏 I have been visiting Jane at Therapy & Flow for several years . She just knows what your aching body needs . Her holistic approach is truly wonderful . I leave her , feeling human again . She allows me to work a very tiring and stressful job . This is my fourth time going to Lucy for a back and scalp massage and it is the best decision I’ve made. Every time I go, she makes sure I’m happy with the treatment and always asks how I’d like the massage to be, it’s honestly helped me so much with my fitness and workouts at the gym, I’m able to recover better and always leave my appointment feeling relaxed and stress free. I couldn’t recommend Lucy enough, if you’re thinking about booking in, do it!!
