I really enjoyed my experience at Harmony Hands. It was my first ever hot stone massage and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. After treatment, I have noticed a remarkable "ease" to the previous pain I felt in my back and shoulders. I will certainly return to Fiona at Harmony Hands for more of the same. I can't speak highly enough about my experience.

After suffering with a lot of back and shoulder pain, I researched a lot of sports therapists. Holly came up with plenty of excellent reviews and so, naturally, I booked in with her I had my first appointment with her today and I can already feel the difference! The deep tissue back massage was fabulous! Katie expertly targeted all the knots and tension in my back & helped relieve the nagging shoulder pain that I’ve had for several months now. She was attentive to my comfort level and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed and significantly more mobile. I’ve booked in again!

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The facial was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed, glowing, and so much healthier afterward. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind. I absolutely love my treatments with Beth. I had the trick or treat halloween package. The back massage was amazing and the facial was 10/10.. my skin is still glowing. Always a such a relaxing and warm setting,Beth always makes you feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

I pulled my back out in the morning, luckily was able to be seen in the afternoon. Eased the pain for me straight away. A proper deep massage. I'm really happy

Fiona is really great at what she does, really knowledgeable and attentive. I told her I’d got slight pain in my lower back and you focused on the areas I’d been having trouble with. Great experience, will definitely be booking a massage with Fiona again!

Very good, was extremely helpful as I have been suffering with back pain for sometime. Even helped me with some stretches to try and it was instant relief after trying the stretches, highly recommend.

Katie was so welcoming and lovely. The back massage was exactly the right level of pressure, but the indian head massage was the highlight. I felt like I was floating for 45 minutes. I will definitely be booking in again soon!

First time at Harmony Hands and will definitely be back! Fiona was lovely explained everything clearly. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with firm pressure. Fiona soon got to work on all the knots and tense areas and after 45 mins I felt amazing. Experience would also be great as a treat for someone special.
