I booked in with Megan for a full body massage, I would highly recommend and definitely will be back. Megan was very informative and I felt very comfortable, atmosphere was also very relaxing. The massage was exactly what I needed :)

I had the Back Me Please- Fiona was so lovely - checked on my aches and pains before starting and the level of massage I wanted. She talked me through the massage and gave me tips to help loosen my neck and shoulders. Would definitely visit again!

An amazing treatment! The therapist targeted areas which were causing me pain and used different methods to tackle it. I felt like I was walking on air when I left! Thank you so much. I will be back for more!

Another fabulous encounter with lovely Niomi. When I arrived I was stiff with aches and pains. But when I left no stiffness and pain much more less thank you again for your skilled hands on my overworked body🙏🏽

Holly was professional from start to finish while also being an incredible conversationalist making my session fly by. I had a knot in my upper back causing me some discomfort and she sorted it for me with care and attention. I would definitely return and highly recommend to others!

Had a really lovely massage and facial today with Naomi. Had some really tight knots in my shoulders and back that were giving me headaches and Naomi has really sorted it for me. Facial and head massage to finish, ( best scalp massage ever had) feel completely rejuvenated. Would highly recommend Nakham Therapy.

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The facial was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed, glowing, and so much healthier afterward. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend this facial to anyone looking to treat themselves and take great care of their skin. I'll definitely be coming back!

I think this was possibly the best Massage I’ve ever had! The room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, there were plenty of throws if needed. Kate was so professional & understanding of my sensitivity. I can’t fault my experience in any way. I would highly recommend Kate & I’ll definitely be back!!

From beginning to end, my experience at Nakham was exceptional! As a fellow Christian, the thought that instantly came to mind when I stepped into the studio was “this is Holy ground”! The shoes had to come off! The whole experience was a taste of Heaven on Earth. Naomi gave me more than a massage, she has a timeless heavenly touch - I was left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and so much lighter! Wow! What can I say, Fiona made me feel so welcome and at ease the minute I walked through the door, i had the full body reset ritual and it was worth every penny. Fiona also gave me some really good advice, and explained everything she was doing. I highly reccomend and I will definitely be back soon

Great first visit to J.F Muscle Medic. Lovely treatment room & Jaimie is friendly but professional and makes you feel so at ease. Looking forward to my next visit already as she has helped ease the pain & discomfort I was experiencing with my frozen shoulder.

Following my visit yesterday my shoulders feel DRAMATICALLY better, the tightness has eased 100% . I will definitely be back for a further appointment. Fiona explained everything as she carried out the massage and Reiki and respected my dignity throughout. I feel like a different person today 😊

What a wonderful experience at Nakham Therapy! I had the Eden Encounter massage and it was absolutely incredible. From start to finish Naomi was so warm, friendly, and professional - she really made me feel at ease and I knew I was in safe hands straight away. The products she uses are luxurious, her treatment room is beautiful and it really did feel like a little slice of heaven for an hour!!
