My sister and I had a fabulous experience at S&S Beauty Lounge. The salon was beautiful, spacious and clean. Each area - pedicure, waxing and nail area have two seats so we could have our treatments together which was fantastic. The owners were fabulous and clearly very experienced in their therapies. My skin has never been so soft. A salon I would highly recommend and we will be back.

Visted on recommendation and wasn't disappointed! The lady who did my pedicure was wonderful and did an amazing job...I felt as though I was walking on air when I left. I wasn't pressurised to pick a 'trendy' colour, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be going back and will tell anyone I can it's the place to go! Thank you!

Victoria was not just great with all the treatment that she did for me, herself was very nice and friendly. The neck and back massage was so nice and relaxing. Facial was lovely I came out glowing and had some compliments from friends of how lovely I looked. The place is lovely and clean and has a great view of the castle while having the pedicure and lovely cup of tea. Thank you will be coming back again.

I had an eyebrow shape and tint and the lady that did them was very gentle and my brows look great! I also had eyelash extensions and they look so natural and gorgeous, would definitely come back again ☺️

One of the top therapists in the spa. I see Ruth regularly and saw her during most of my pregnancy, which helped me tremendously with back pain and water retention . She is very attentive, warm person , skilled and professional.

My experience was amazing , I absolutely loved the decor of the place, and how pretty and stunning the place looked , spa had facilities wear u can sit in the lounge area and have tea and sweets , what I loved about this place was the lady who did my treatment could feel the area in my body which needed extra care , and didn’t stop until the tension and gone away , which I loved , the was polite and caring , I’m definitely going to come back , thank you for the lovely experience.

This was my first appointment with Ms. Mook. I had been experiencing severe sciatic pain, and she was able to gently and precisely manoeuvre around the trapped nerve. As a result, I am now almost entirely pain free for the first time in five months. Her approach was three-dimensional: the outer body, the inner body and the spirit. I cannot commend her highly enough.

Being 20 weeks pregnant, it can be difficult to find a masseuse who knows how to work with pregnant women and apply enough pressure to actually alleviate pains and stresses. I have had pregnancy massages before and in most cases, I feel masseuse are too afraid to go hard and apply pressure where needed. I am a masseuse myself and I have to say, Ms Mook is very very good at what she does. She knew she was able to put harder on the upper back and really helped reduce stress in my upper back from my sleeping positions. Genuinely so happy with my massage and felt every penny was worth it!

My wife and I had a fantastic time during our 80-minute full body oil massage at Thy Massage Windsor. A huge thank you to our therapists, Ms. Phin and Ms. Yim, for providing such a wonderful experience. Their skill was evident—they found every tight spot and worked it out with expert pressure. The room was peaceful, the massage was perfectly paced, we left feeling completely relaxed and stress-free. It was the perfect way to spend time together and unwind. We will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Thy Spa Windsor for the past 3 years and I am so happy I found this place. The entire staff is terrific and you simply can't get a bad massage here. My first visit to Thy Spa and I was very well taken care of! Such a beautiful calming space with lovely helpful staff. I suffer from chronic neck pain and Mr Tao is professional and attentive, who helped me relax and did a wonderful job in easing the tension and tightness in my muscles, thank you!!
