So relaxing and always a pleasure to be pampered. Great location! Plenty of parking at Optics centre. Sarah is professional and does the best reflexology/reike. I’m yet to try some other pampers available.

Simply the best!

Well, I've just had the most relaxing hot stones massage. I haven't had one before, so thought I would give it a go. From the moment I felt the hot stones on my back there was a immediate sense of relaxation.. then the massage with the warm, smooth stones was incrediblely soothing.. It really did help me to unwind, and at the same time felt like a truly luxurious experience! Thank you very much Sarah! I will see you again very soon! ♥️

I received a lymphatic drainage treatment from Sarah . In addition I had a painful leg beforehand that I had had for days and following the treatment I found the pain subside with little to no pain at all. Amazing Thankyou Sarah .I Definitely recommend this treatment 💯🙏
