Very good massage which helped me with my stiff lower back and hip. Slept so well after this and had the sense that my body was much more aligned making movements so much more fluid and easy. Thanks again Romas

I booked lower body Deep Tissue massage, because of the onset of DOMs, having returned back to CrossFit training. The massage was just right and eased the confused muscles to relax and recover.

Romas asked questions up front to ensure the massage would be as beneficial as possible. It was very relaxing but also firm and felt like it worked out plenty of tension. Feel miles less sore now. The scalp massage was especially good!

Had a lovely massage, definitely up there with one of the best I’ve had. I feel like I left feeling couple inches taller and so relaxed! All the tightness I was feeling prior isn’t bothering me now. Highly recommend!!
