Just wow!!!! I wasn't sure what to expect but from the moment I walked through the door it was total calm and welcoming. The room was warm and cozy as well as the massage bed. The treatment itself was amazing, I enjoyed it so much. I was so relaxed and the gentle touch just made me drift away into a total state of relaxation. I will definitely be back x

Fabulous treatment, Louise made me feel super welcome and settled, the hour long massage and reiki was superb and I spent the rest of the day super relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely be back and looking to make this a monthly treat for me. Thank you so much!

I’ve just had a back, neck and shoulder massage and it was wonderful. I could feel the tension loosening from my muscles as the massage progressed. I’d been feeling a few aches beforehand and I noticed a real difference afterwards, everything felt much looser, lighter and relieved. The new massage device used during the treatment was especially soothing and really helped to work into the muscles and release some of that built-up tension. The whole experience felt incredibly relaxing and detoxing, and I left feeling refreshed, less achy and completely relaxed. Would definitely recommend! ✨

Booked a last min appointment with Gemma due to a shoulder injury and so glad I did, Gemma is so sweet and made me feel comfortable and welcome, amazing massage and targeted all the areas I was getting discomfort/pain from and felt instant relief and more movement after so hopefully back to normal in a few days. Highly recommend Gemma and looking forward to my next self care Sunday 🌿x

I had a wonderful massage experience. Louise was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The pressure was absolutely perfect—firm where it needed to be while still relaxing. She really listened to what I needed and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much less tense. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be booking again!

My treatment with Hayley was absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the calming scents, soft lighting and relaxing music create such a peaceful atmosphere. Hayley is lovely, welcoming and incredibly professional, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hot towels at the end were the perfect finishing touch. I’ve already rebooked and can’t wait to come back!

I had the back neck and shoulder massage with Lynn. Lynn was lovely, she listened and applied the right amount of pressure. The room was clean, peaceful and the lighting and calming music was so relaxing. I left feeling so relaxed.

Absolutely loved my back, neck & shoulder massage with Gemma. She was amazing, I’ve been experiencing lots of back pain and she worked her magic. She was also able to tell me whereabouts on my back was super tight and that’s what we will work on next time. I will 100% be back ❤️ also, fell asleep whilst getting it done which is the sign of ultimate relaxation 😂❤️

So I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and I’m in chronic, chronic pain most minutes of almost every day😩 Therefor, massage is a massive part of self care, relief and ongoing wellbeing for me. It’s essential!!! The sense of relaxation and feeling of euphoria after just 10 minutes with Carmen is unmatched. I try to go each week (since our first encounter) but the truth is… I would go every day if I could!
