2nd time, different services. This time a 45mn back, shoulder and neck massage. I actually fell asleep and woke up brand new 🫶🏼🫶🏼 Also a brow wax, which is not easy with my uneven hairy browns and she nailed it. Thank you and see you again in two weeks ❤️❤️

A friend recommended Helen for a tattoo on my wedding ring finger as I cannot wear them in the heat. Had an idea of what I wanted then found something different while I was there 🥰 lovely set up, lovely lady & would highly recommend booking your next appointment with Helen! I treated myself for some well need pampering & relaxation. That I was very much so. I had highly recommended Abi for Brow lamination, lash & lift & of fabulous nails. I have of course booked back in 🤗❤️ Thank you Abi for making me feel me again.

Had my regular but fabulous eyebrow tint and threading, so effortlessly done but always takes such pride in her work. I also treated myself to a head massage and wow, I am so glad I did! It involved my neck, shoulders and back and was amazingly relaxing! Thanks so much Martini!

OH. MY. GOD. Are you kidding me??? This was by far the best set of lashes I have ever gotten done in my life!! And that's a lot coming from me cos I've been getting them done from other places for 8 years now! She also made me feel soo comfortable and relaxed and pampered. And what really stood out to me were the details and the NO PAIN experience. Whenever I got them done at other places, my eyes would BURN soo much once opened after the procedure, but she really knows what she's doing, cos it was painless and flawless. I'm a regular now. Wow.

I would highly recommend shepack to anyone. Abi put so much consideration in to how I can be made to feel more comfortable with my disability at my appointments. I felt taken care of and treated with compassion and thoughtfulness, extra care taken to ensure my health condition was not triggered or flared. The treatment and quality of the nails is seriously impressive and I always look forward to coming back.

Helen is so lovely and welcoming, Today was the first time i had seen her new beauty room, absolutely lush. Helen explained what the plan was, and prepped my arm for fine line tattoo. We had a great chat whilst she was Tattooing, and it was over and done with so quickly, came home with a lovely aftercare kit. 100% recommend Helen 👌

My experience was both positive and productive. My hair wasn’t compatible with laser treatment at this time. Kayleigh was absolutely amazing. She was honest, open and transparent. Thank you so much ☺️
