Absolutely lovely experience! Very calm atmosphere when entering. I was greeted by very friendly store dog. She was quiet and very calm herself. Music was beautiful and very relaxing. All staff were super friendly and all smiles. Beautiful interior. I went for a pedicure and colour, I had a lovely chat with the lady working on my feet, she really went above and beyond for me and was very considerate of my eczema. No judgement at all. She even fixed my polish after I bumped my nail into the drying fan lol. I really had a great time and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you ladies. 💖💖💖

I need my therapy treatment done on a regular basis,due to being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.Rhian has pin pointed my areas where i struggle with pain,swelling & stiffness of the joints.My right foot ,back and shoulder are the main areas she concentrates on and after my session i feel relief,it keeps me going for a few more weeks.She is v.professional and i highly recommend her service.

If I was a local I'd come back every month! I enjoyed an incredible deep tissue massage and my husband loved his oil massage, both for half an hour but it was blissful nonetheless and well worth the price. It's a bit of a rustic environment, with curtains around the massage beds for privacy, rather than separate rooms, and they have a little pet dog that I could see wandering around but they didn't bark or anything. I mention it purely because I wouldn't recommend it if you are afraid of or allergic to dogs but if not, it is very clean and the staff are really friendly and give great massages.

Aww it was a real pleasure to visit Rhian at the Twisted Willows. She was friendly and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my back, neck snd shoulder massage, the atmosphere and pressure of the massage was perfect, my only complaint is that I wish I had booked for a longer massage! I left feeling relaxed and wil definitely book in again.

Best I have been to and I've pretty much been to all in the surrounding area. Really hit the knots and tight muscles with strong massage and cupping. Seemed to hit areas of my back where others hadn't. Highly recommended.

I've been a regular client with Rhian,as i'm getting older i'm obviously struggling with joints & muscles.She was recommended through CynonLinc & she is very professional in her job,she can pin point where my actual pain is,i've told her she got magic hands.My shoulders,arms & feet in particular are areas i'm experiencing terrific pain restricting me in my job,so Rhian has made an oil personally for myself which i rub in religiously.I need this treatment every 3 x weeks and find it works for me with my day to day routines.

This is my second time having a massage with Rhian. Rhian is very insightful and very helpful. After my massage we chatted and I told her about my anxiety levels are going through the roof. Not only did she give me a great massage but she also gave me helpful tips on how I might be able to relax in my spare time.
