Chloe is my safe space as well as my beautician and therapist, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I adore her and her work is second to none!! The massage was amazing! I came in with really severe neck, shoulder, and back pain—I could barely move my head. After the massage, the pain was completely gone. The relief was immediate and honestly such a huge difference. She’s so skilled and professional. She focused on all the right areas and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or tension—you’ll be in very good hands.

Probably the best massage I’ve had. It’s not your typical tranquil and relaxing massage-well not if you suffer from severe chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. I felt that this place actually cares about their customers, and truly aims to solve the actual issue and truly relieve pain and discomfort. I left feeling so much lighter as well as knowing what is going on with my body. Personally for me my experience will be different to those who do not have any real issues and are looking for a great massage. You can definitely get that here and more.

I had a deep tissue massage, and it was fantastic! The therapist targeted all my areas of tension with the right amount of pressure, leaving me feeling relaxed and significantly less stiff. Definitely recommend for anyone dealing with muscle soreness or looking to relieve stress.

I have been going to Beauty by Jade for at least 7 years now and when she left the salon I used to see her at, I followed her to her new site in Wallington. Jade is very clear with what she will be doing with her treatments and it is always a great pampering session.

Mike took an very late booking. Which was kind of him as i was in so much pain with my lower part of my back. Within the hour i was there, he managed to get me walking with absolute ease, and loosened the muscles around that area. I walked out of there in with no pain, also with a list of things to do to prevent it from happening again. Absolutely lovely guy, and also listens to you closely so he can determine what the best course of action to take to deal with the issue in hand. Would i recommend… 100% I would. 5* service.

First time having a lash lift and tint and I can say I’m very happy with the results. The massage was exactly what I needed and I was made to feel very calm and relaxed. Can’t wait to come back :)

The site was cold but the staff made every effort to keep me warm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However the sink was not adjustable to cater for the smaller person. Thus the water went down my back and over my face. Which was not a good experience in a cold site.
