I made an appointment for today on line, and got confirmation back. When I got to Leighton Buzzard I was told I didn't have an appointment. Maybe I didn't finish the process when booking. The staff were brilliant and I had my wash & cut anyway.

I had someone new wash my hair and I thought she did very well especially the massage and it was nice to have Ed back as he is brilliant and kind. My mum loves coming now and its a real treat for her.
