An absolutely excellent experience in every way. Samantha has paid attention to every detail including the beautifully coordinated and ambient treatment too and state of the art quality equipment. I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Gabby is amazing! I have been treated by so many different people for back pain over the many years but nobody is as good as Gabby. She is so knowledgeable and always adapts the deep tissue massage to help me. She genuinely loves her job and enjoys making people feel better and out of pain. The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Pat is the best! I’ve been looking for a good massage spot since I’ve moved to Ipswich, and Pat is the best one by far. She provides a very welcoming experience and she really listens to her customers. Will definitely be coming back again soon!

Amazing experience, professional, Friendly and welcoming. I booked in after 3-4 weeks of back pain and found knots from head to toe. Was a deep tissue massage and naturally the day after I hurt/ache but already my back pain has eased! Thank you!

First time with Gabby for a sports massage through a recommendation and I’m so glad I booked in. Gabby really knows her stuff when it comes to relieving tension and targeting the problem areas. I was hesitant as I have never had anything other than a sports massage, but it was a wonderful experience. Very professional, talks through anything so you know what to expect. I have an injury and I have been given a few stretches and home massage remedies that will help. I had a deep tissue massage and it really helped relieve my aches and pains. If you are thinking about it, just do it. You will feel so much better. Will definitely be booking again. Excellent value for money, really enjoyed it. Very clean, the room was very calm and this aided in a truly relaxing experience. 10/10.

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly.
