We have been coming to Michelle for years and today was the first time in her new space. What can I say... WOW. The waiting area was absolutely stunning, as was the treatment room itself. I had the blissful back ritual and mum had a hand reflexology ritual and both of us came out feeling the most relaxed we have in a long time. Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

Absolutely brilliant. Very last minute appointment. Was so relaxing and I was made to feel so welcome. I highly recommend and will deffo be back for different treatments. I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

I thoroughly recommend Teddy Grace, Fareham. Roxy is very professional and has an indepth knowledge of the different treatments. I trust her judgement and their botox treatment gives me great results. A good long consultation and follow up appointments are included in the procedure cost.

Michelle 's hot stone massage exceeded my expectations. Using not only the stones but her hands also, the rhythmical smooth action really penetrated deep into my muscles. The tension and knots in my back and neck were eased. The whole treatment left me with a deep sense of relaxation. It warmed my whole body and improved my circulation.

Today, I visited Cassie at Glow & Bare for my first-ever hot stone full-body massage, and I must say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Cassie was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The massage bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and the music was relaxing. I highly recommend Cassie’s services to friends and family. Cassie even gave me a lemon water to take away, which was a lovely touch. I’ve already booked back in and can’t wait for my next massage!
