Great massage for my back and shoulders. The therapist used techniques that released tension by applying pressure to acupressure points, and the results were immediate. My shoulders and neck felt much more relaxed and noticeably less tense afterwards. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience comfortable and professional. I will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend!

Treated myself to a lovely Glow Girl Vitamin C facial with Clare and oh, wow! After a week of feeling tired and just meh 🫤, this really helped me relax (I actually fell asleep briefly 🤣). The treatments were refreshing, cooling and relaxing and skin felt amazing afterwards. I even got a random kind comment from a lovely lady on my way back to the car saying how lovely I looked. Absolutely brilliant. I had a massage and facial! Kerri was amazing, the facilities were great! My back feels amazing after having lots of aches and pains and nearly all my eye wrinkles are gone. I will definitely be coming back

First time visiting and Jeanette and Rosie were amazing! Made me feel very welcome. Pressure was perfect for me although I have a high pain tolerance. Really could have stayed for longer but unfortunately I only booked half an hour. I have a trapped nerve and my movement is noticeably better. I have booked in again, this time for an hour in 4 weeks time where hopefully Rosie can go to town on my back. Would definitely recommend!

Had yet another amazing session with Joanna. I tried the Spinal Touch therapy and wow! I already knew from my massage last month that she is intuitive and uses the exact pressure and tempo to send you off to sleep, but this was a whole other experience. During the treatment, I felt very relaxed and then a sudden sense of warming throughout the back. Two hours later, I don't feel the pain I have been carrying around for years. I definitely will be back for more sessions. Highly recommend Joanna! She's a fabulous healer!

Booked for bikini and brow wax before my holiday. Lovely, clean room, Nikki was lovely and friendly. She recommended threading on my brows instead of wax and so glad she advised that because they look amazing! Now that I live in derby, I will absolutely be back here. Thank you

Fantastic…. I had a pedicure after a very long hike up Ben Nevis, my feet were aching sore and ready for a pamper. Kaylee is so professional warm and welcoming …. I felt so relaxed and the air con on such a warm day was amazing.
