I had the warmth and wellness treatment with Ashling and it was absolute bliss. She is a great girl and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. My neck and shoulders had been so stiff and sore and she really helped release alot of the tension that had built up. I left feeling so refreshed and slept soundly that night. Can't wait to get back again.

Chelle is excellent. Her knowledge of the human body is incredible and she has the magic touch. Perfect experience for relieving stress and tension levels, comfortable relaxed venue. So important to take time for your holistic well being. The back massages are preventing my back from being in pain by a mixture and light and hard massage to take out all the knots and the lymphatic drainage massage is class. Takes away the sluggish bloated feeling that I get. Thankyou Chelle

I received an amazing back, shoulders and neck massage by Brenda yesterday. Her touch is warm and firm,lovely hands, she really helped me with my back pain. I felt so lighter and relaxed after her treatment. I definetely recommend her!

In the four years I have lived in Portadown, Ellie and Adam have been hands down my favourite specialists to go to for my massages, Goddess Glow, head & back massages, cupping, Lymph drainage, breath work and my ultimate favourite with Ellie was her reflexology. Each and every experience was exceptional and so thoughtfully and caringly executed. I knew I could totally trust them with my body and could fully relax under their professional care. Another amazing experience with Chelle as always.. I normally get the Lymphatic Drainage or the Swedish Back Massage or sometimes I will go for the Reflexology, head face and neck.. Today was the Swedish Back massage which was needed as I have been having a lot of back pain lately. After a 45 minute session I came out feeling relaxed, refreshed and feeling more energetic as always when I come from a session Chelle is absolutely amazing at what she does, I absolutely recommend her to anyone.. she’s one of the most kindest of girls you always feel relaxed around

I had a back massage with Adam, and I have to say it was one of thee best I've had. Great pressure and Adam listens to what you as a client need. The newly refurbished soundings are stunning. Gorgeous rooms creating the perfect setting. Definitely 10/10 from me!

Excellent experience with Adam. I have been getting treatment from October 25 for ongoing lower back pain. After it cleared up with Adam’s help I decided to make it a monthly check up with Adam to help with any issues in my back neck and shoulders to keep away the pain and tension and stay on top of things. Honestly can’t recommend Adam highly enough he does a superb job and I feel a lot better after every treatment 5*****

Can’t recommend Chelle enough! She’s been such a massive help to me through my recovery from surgery last year to my twin pregnancy this year with her amazing massages and advice ♥️. Chelle always makes you feel so welcome and comfortable while you’re there and amazing by the time you’re leaving! Would definitely recommend the pregnancy massage to any mums to be - can’t wait to get back in for some reflexology soon!
