Excellent experience with Adam. I have been getting treatment from October 25 for ongoing lower back pain. After it cleared up with Adam’s help I decided to make it a monthly check up with Adam to help with any issues in my back neck and shoulders to keep away the pain and tension and stay on top of things. Honestly can’t recommend Adam highly enough he does a superb job and I feel a lot better after every treatment 5*****

I had a lymphatic drainage done this morning. I have had a few of these done in different places over the years. Today’s was on a different level! So good. Everything explained as you go along and the products smelt amazing. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend x

I can’t recommend Marina highly enough. She took so much time to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and completely at ease. Her caring, professional manner is exceptional. The Fascia Release treatment was incredible. I felt I released deep emotional trauma I’d been holding for years, and since the treatment my neck and shoulder pain has improved significantly. I left feeling lighter, calmer and more like myself. Marina is an outstanding therapist and I will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended.

In the four years I have lived in Portadown, Ellie and Adam have been hands down my favourite specialists to go to for my massages, Goddess Glow, head & back massages, cupping, Lymph drainage, breath work and my ultimate favourite with Ellie was her reflexology. Each and every experience was exceptional and so thoughtfully and caringly executed. I knew I could totally trust them with my body and could fully relax under their professional care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife treated me to the Grounded Warrior Ritual for my birthday, and it was fantastic. I’ve struggled with poor sleep for a while, but Marina’s caring nature and professional approach put me completely at ease. The treatment was so relaxing that I actually drifted off to sleep during the massage – something that’s very unusual for me! I left feeling calmer, refreshed and recharged. The most amazing pregnancy reflexology, this treatment was so relaxing and calming. I left the treatment room feeling so calm, relaxed and relieved of any tension. This treatment also helped to reduce the swelling in my feet which comes with pregnancy. I really can't say enough about the pregnancy reflexology. Chelle makes everything so personal for her clients, I love the small touches when she warms your clothing up after each treatment, the oils she uses and the holistic approach to each treatment it is just amazing. I had the 30 minute back Massage and 30 minute Reflexology, both were excellent. The treatment room was stunning and the ambience so calming and relaxing. The therapist was so professional. Definitely a five star all around.
