Was such a lovely birthday treat getting a massage from Ozlem! She was so friendly and attentive and made me feel really comfortable. The massage was amazing - I had some aches in my back and leg that she worked on with just the right pressure and I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Definitely recommend booking in for anyone who wants a bit of a pamper.

I have fibromyalgia and was having severe pain recently, I had massage with Özlem and got relaxed a lot, she exactly know where to touch..could had a nice sleep after long time I will definitely go back thanks a lot xx

4 stars because I didn’t get a hair wash included in the deal. I went with my hair unwashed i presumed it was. However, Lorna who cute my hair did a really good job I would go back and recommend her. Ended up having to pay for a dry blow dry on my unwashed hair I did feel Pressured to keep paying more it was a little uncomfortable and to be honest not very friendly. Good haircut though.

I went in with different shades of coloured hair and wasn't sure how to fix it, Kate did my colour correction and it was beautiful, just how I imagined it to look like. The colors looked fresh and complemented my complexion. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fabulous, friendly and quick service. Will be going back for my roots in the future. Thanks Kate and team.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

Rosie and Rinday are amazing girls- full of honest and professional advice- In fact the whole team keep you comfortable and offer you lots of beverages. Really love their head massages when they wash hair! Only wish they had magazines as it does get busy (as they are so popular) and it can pass the time.

Really pleased with the customer care. Rosie and the other girls were very helpful and courteous. I had a keratin treatment so won’t know the results until later but I will definately be going back for colour and cut. Highly recommend.
