Absolutely the best massage I've ever had. Lisa is the most wonderful massage therapist in Brighton! And I've tried many places. I have been seeing Lisa for a few years now and always come away feeling lighter. Lisa is very skilled at hitting all the right points of tension with a very firm pressure (she will adapt to what you ask for - she really listens). Lisa has recently set up her new business in this new location and the atmosphere of her room is very beautiful, cosy and relaxing. My favourite is the Thai Fusion or Deep Tissue massage.. I can't recommend her enough.

I’ve had 8 sessions of reflexology with Alice and each one has been great. I came in with a headache and shoulder tension and left feeling much better and pain free. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I would recommend the Mini-Spa package, it's great value for money and great way to treat yourself to rest & relaxation. Thank you Wellness & Beauty

I had a great experience and I’m really happy with my haircut. The stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, paid attention to the details, and made sure I was happy with the result. I had serious shoulder pain when I went in to see Lisa at Barmi Thai massage. When I left, my shoulder was so much better. Lisa is a very kind, friendly, considerate Thai lady with amazing skills, strength and range. I would recommend her deep tissue massage to anyone. And am sure to go back. :)

I have known Marta for about 6 years now (from before she opened Rest) and have followed her wherever she went… because I honestly think she’s the best beautician in Brighton! I love her energy too and always look forward to my treatment. Never been disappointed with Marta. Not even once. I absolutely love Rest, a little island of calm in busy Brighton. And not a cheap or tacky decor like a lot of other salons out there (sorry!) but a tasteful and very nice environment to unwind in. Thank you Marta :)
