An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Highly recommended both for specific, targeted soft tissue therapy and a deeply relaxing massage.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my soft tissue massage. From start to finish, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my specific needs. She took the time to understand the areas of tension I was dealing with and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. The massage itself was incredibly effective. By the end of the session, my muscles felt lighter, my range of motion had improved, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

Lauren was fantastic! This was exactly what I needed. Being a beautician myself I have back pain, neck pain and my joints are very clicky especially my neck. After my massage I’m no longer clicky and I feel taller. My body feels very relaxed. I will be recommending Lauren to my clients. Well done girlie, smashed it!
