I had a soft tissue massage with Sarah today and would highly recommend. I felt I had quite a lot of tension and Sarah really worked into the areas that needed it - my body has been very grateful for releasing some of that tightness! We also had a good chat during the appointment, which made the experience feel really relaxed and personal. Sarah was lovely, friendly and professional, and I’ll definitely be going back.

Denise was so good. She’s extremely knowledgeable and well versed in her craft. Her massage techniques to help relax as well as loosen tight muscles is commendable. She was professional and empathetic in understanding how much pressure I could take as a new client and adjusted accordingly! I just didn’t want the massage to end and I can’t wait to go back. I had my first visit with Lauren today for a back, neck and shoulder sports massage and I can’t recommend her enough! I came out feeling like my back had been reset. She has a lovely relaxing treatment room with air conditioning. Lauren is friendly, professional and very talented. I’ve already re-booked 😊
