Everytime I get my nails done here it’s always an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Space was clean and I loved the atmosphere/aesthetics. Will definitely be back and a big shout out to Julie for an amazing job.

First time there. Beautiful space, everyone was lovely. I booked with whoever but had a more detailed design in mind and the tech who had me didn’t feel 100% confident so after she filled my nails (shaping was perfect) they switched things around for me and Sarah took over at the end to do the design and I just really appreciated them going that extra step to make sure I was happy and it was perfect (which it was). Both techs were great and I’m obsessed with my nails and they even served drinks the iced strawberry matcha was to die for. Will 100% be back.

The best I have had this far In Canada … my toes were well squared shaped and the ful she lace polish was well laid ! I am super happy my feet look so clean and fresh !I morally do French but I wanted perfect French. Seeing I know now it polish was well done , I’ll be back to get my French done ! Keep up the great work and customer service

First time at Lux Nail Beauty Bar. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lynn did an amazing job on my pedicure, and Kim did my manicure which I was very pleased with. It was my first time here. The space was bright, full of people but the service was exceptionally individual. I got to choose from a large array of scents for the bath bomb for my pedicure. Hannah was great at explaining and ensuring everything felt nice and comfortable. She was very friendly and supportive when I was trying to decide what to do with my nails and no idea was 'too much'. She was kind, patient and efficient as she worked on my bio gels, that I absolutely loved. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly and I would definitely go back again!!

Natalia was absolutely fantastic and patient. She knew that I’ve had issues prior to for getting my lashes done. But she did such an amazing job, I can’t even feel they’re on there but oh the compliments I am getting for her fantastic work. Highly recommended! Such a gentle and light handle. I will always go back to her.

I came in as a last minute appointment and was wearing a short dress. Not the best planned attire for a pedicure. I had Anna as my nail tech and she was sweet enough to offer me a towel to place over my legs so it wasn’t so awkward. This was a really thoughtful touch in my mind. The pedicure was great and relaxing. Everyone in the store was very friendly. As a first time customer, I will be back. ♥️🙏🏼
