I was contacted before the appointment to say that my therapist Liv was running late. I didn't get the messages but that was okay. When I arrived Amelia quickly explained the situation and offered me my waxing treatment at half price. I was very impressed to be offered this and leapt at the chance as I didn't want to reschedule or be late getting back to work. Amelia gave me a very meticulous wax. She was lovely. But so is Liv and I completely understand that these things happen. I was very impressed with how Boutique Brows dealt with it all and would recommend you highly to anyone. Thanks

I wasn’t sure what to expect when making this appointment. I just knew I wanted something that was more than “just a facial’, I wanted something that had more therapeutic & long term effects. I’ve had a lot of massages before and I know how therapeutic they can be for relieving long held tension. So the idea of having my face massaged sounded too good to not try!! At times relaxing, at times soothing and yes at times the pressure was quite intense as years of build up was worked away. The lightness & free movement I’m now feeling around my face can’t be denied. Next treatment, can’t wait!!!
