I had an amazing massage experience with Olivia. From start to finish, it was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling rejuvenated. Another great special offer for April (just sneaked it in!) the Hop Into Harmony hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage, topped off with a scalp massage. Ella was so welcoming and explained everything in detail, she checked in with me on all my preferences. Pretty sure I fell asleep during that scalp massage! The facilities at this Elemis spa are really lovely, heated beds and relaxing atmosphere added to my enjoyment.

I had the most wonderful massage this evening, and I cannot say enough good things about Ellie. From the moment I arrived, she was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. She created such a calm, relaxing atmosphere and completely put me at ease. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and with the biggest smile on my face. Ellie has such a caring presence, and it truly shows in the way she works. She is simply the best, and I already can’t wait to come back.

It was my first visit to Beauty Highcliffe and from the off Layla was really welcoming and considerate to my needs. She was also really patient because I must have asked her 3 times the difference between a luxury and spa treatment! I went for the luxury pedicure and so glad I did, I felt like I was walking on air afterwards. I just can’t wait to expose my beautiful pedicure and all thanks to Layla. Will be back soon to try another treatment guys keep up the great work 👏 xx
