I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

Had the facial including derma plane and microneedling today it was the best facial i've had. Sam was lovely explained everything to me each step and always made sure I was comfortable. Lovely salon and team cant wait to go back! x

I had such a lovely experience with Ruby and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a kind and caring person and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants her clients to feel looked after. Before starting my facial, Ruby took the time to talk to me and ask me about my skin and what areas I was most concerned about, which I really appreciated because it made the whole treatment feel so personal and tailored to me. She also did a brilliant job of waxing and tinting my eye brows ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My whole experience visiting GRB Skin clinic was fantastic. Erika and Alice explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions in a friendly, extremely knowledgeable manner. It was my first time having a facial & I had one off Sam and it was so lovely and relaxing, Sam was so kind and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable, even walking in the girls were very lovely and smiley and that was very welcoming. Will definitely be going back for more treatments :)

I cannot rate the service highly enough. Kim was excellent; above and beyond expectations. Best back massage I’ve ever had; Reiki was a new experience and one I will repeat; the facial was refreshing and completed the experience. I would recommend anyone to treat themselves or gift someone special - you will be rejuvenated.

I had a back facial and massage and it was excellent. Kat checked I was ok throughout the treatment, adjusting pressure accordingly. She went through my consultation form before starting to double check everything and then sat down with me at the end of the treatment to go through aftercare. All in all, an excellent service and I would recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to trying other treatments x

I arrived late to see sadz as I’m not use to the Manchester, but she was extremely accommodating and was still able to see for my booking. She was ultra professional and kind and reassuring. I’ve only been able to give her 5 because this is the maximum score whereas she really deserves 100 out of 10. If you are to make a booking and want a kind caring and professional waxing always book with Sadz as I know I will in the future. Thank you sadz I’m beyond grateful

I had a luxury back massage and the pumpkin special facial last night and absolutely loved both of them. The fact that you get a scalp massage and a hand and arm scrub/massage with the facial is amazing and was beyond my expectations 😍
