Truly such an amazing experience. So many carefully considered and nourishing elements. The team were amazing - Alex and Charlotte were so caring and welcoming. The treatment itself was exceptional and Alex has such amazing energy and techniques. Everything from the music and gong to the softest sheets and hypnotic natural restorative products used truly generated a memorable and impactful experience. One of the best places in London- can’t recommend it enough!

I had my first facial with Monika a few months ago, along with an eyelash lift, and she was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She offered great advice and skincare tips, which I really appreciated. Since then, I’ve continued booking facials and eyebrow threading with her because the results are always excellent—precise, professional, and leave my skin glowing. Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm. I’ve tried various treatments due to chronic pain, but none have come close to the incredible feeling I get there. Alexandra is incredibly skilled, does everything with such care, and has a really calming presence. It’s a special experience, and I can’t wait to go back soon! Thank you :)

I have been going to here for years and the service is always amazing! The ONLY place in London that I’ll go to get anything done! They are clean, attentive, skilled and go above and beyond for their customers. I have thick dark hair so its important to me to go to a place that really knows how to handle my eyebrows.

Fantastic! Mel was very friendly and welcoming. I just wish it was longer. I will just have to book again and again... The 2 hour hour journey across London was definitely worth it! I will be telling my friends and family.

Great experience at Apple and Eve as always. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.

Justyn was amazing. I felt like I could stay all day and I left so relaxed. Best massage I've had in a loong time and as someone who has lots of massages and is very picky, that's saying something. Unfortunately, I do not live in London; otherwise I would be a regular customer. Facial was great too! But the massage wowed me.
