All staff are very friendly, good customer service. The shop very nice and clean, good products used as I am very sensitive skin. I do not have any side effects after it at all. The best place in Canberra I have found for eyebrows. Exceptional level of care and time taken, including the use of waxing, threading, trimming and plucking, to ensure a perfect result. I have always been able to be fit in, even with last minute notice. Definitely recommend.
