I was contacted before the appointment to say that my therapist Liv was running late. I didn't get the messages but that was okay. When I arrived Amelia quickly explained the situation and offered me my waxing treatment at half price. I was very impressed to be offered this and leapt at the chance as I didn't want to reschedule or be late getting back to work. Amelia gave me a very meticulous wax. She was lovely. But so is Liv and I completely understand that these things happen. I was very impressed with how Boutique Brows dealt with it all and would recommend you highly to anyone. Thanks

My lashes look amazing and they have incredible lift to them. I’m really happy with the formula Naomi used. As a blonde, I always come away from my lift and tint appointments feeling like a glamour! My waxing was great, as always. Spot on and smooth as silk. An hour and a half all up and I felt like I was a new person… Perfection.

Beautiful premises. walking thru the doors for the first time took my breath away. magnificent decor and the absolutely delightful professional staff made the entrance very welcoming. After many many years of waxing i have finally found Mia and Amelia. their gentle touch and eye for finding hair that i didn't know was there is brilliant. I will have great pleasure in returning and returning again. will recommend to any age or gender. fabulous Hobart business. 5 star rating.

Super relaxing ☺️! There could have been more pressure applied in the massage for me! The addition of a pillow under the knees and the feet tucked in makes the feet and legs more comfortable (the snuggly donna is wonderful but very heavy on the feet!)! These are little things but I think worth sharing!! Perhaps some feedback on the condition of my skin would have been great too! Grace did recommend a product for me which was great! Overall I really enjoyed the facial!

Fantastic this time round! Excellent professional service. Absolutely pain free, could’ve fallen asleep. Compared to my previous experience, this was a breath of fresh air. The practitioner was great, and got straight to it. I can see why getting an appointment here is so hard these days. Also, free coffee in the waiting area, is a really nice addition (I’m not sure if this was here the last time). Definitely a 7 star experience, happy to come back! Thank you for a painless, comfortable experience.

Absolutely great service. I've been getting brazialians done nearly religiously but somewhere else. Decided to give these guys a go and couldn't have been happier! Great team, i came across afew years back, as i enjoye the high quality show stopping skills and persional sevice they bring every minute. With a comfort in attention and very well catered for every individual that walks thos magical transforming door. Just by walking by, it invites you in every time.
