I had accupressure and reflexology done. My feet were sore from the moment I stepped out of bed. By the time the session was over I had learned that my feet clearly indicate the areas of my body I need to put attention on. My legs were so relaxed and tension free when I left. Having been ill I am bed bound in hospital and Christo came and did an incredible reflexology session for me. He worked his miracle hands and it was truly amazing how my whole body seemed to respond. I even had improvement showing on my blood results today. Thank you so much

I booked a 1-hour lymphatic drainage treatment with Ally and really enjoyed the experience. It was my first time getting lymphatic drainage treatment with an LPG machine so it was quite an experience. My body felt great afterwards, and I appreciated the care she took during the session. She’s very friendly and made me feel comfortable . I’m still monitoring the results- so far they’re minimal, but I’ve noticed some positive changes on my body. Nonetheless, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. At some point I wanted to sleep during the session ❣️
