My shoulders and arms were really sore after vigorous excercise. Jenna’s strong deep acupuncture massage was painful but unknotted them and increased my mobility. It’s another five stars from me. I can recommend OM Collective.

I always leave Elixir feeling like a warm blanket has been wrapped around me on a cold winters day. It is a huge treat every couple of months, but the care and treatment is always first class. Claire is an excellent practitioner. I had a 50/50 reflexology and facial/shoulders. Its a bit of top up to support my body and mind. My skin felt amazing and I floated out of The Heist. Thank you. Confident in Carls abilities. Felt relaxed and felt the improvement in wrist flexibility by the end of session. Given manageable exercise routine to complete at home and recommended cream to combat skin dryness around the scar. Second session booked.
