Today I had a 1hr reflexology appointment and I absolutely loved it. The room was so relaxing, comfortable and warm and the treatment was amazing. I drifted off and felt so relaxed. I will definitely be back.

I had reflexology with Katie and it was amazing. I find it very hard to relax, but Katie always makes me feel relaxed and calm. The treatment room is beautifully designed and Katie talks through what she will do before starting. I felt myself sinking into the bed as the treatment went on and by the end, I felt calm and totally relaxed. She spoke after the treatment about what she had picked up which was spot on. Will have this more often as it really helps me. Highly recommend.

Reflexology with Kate is by far the most relaxing treatment I’ve had. Not only does it allow me to shut off completely but I’ve noticed having regular treatments is definitely helping to balance out my hormones!

Absolutely amazing once again, Katie never fails to make me feel relaxed and adapts the massage/facial to suit me, wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommend I didn't want it to end.
