Outstanding service from Millie, I’d booked a deep tissue massage after travelling for several days and it was just what I needed to relieve the pressure in my back, neck and shoulder muscles. Great value for money and very friendly team at the derby spa.

Charlotte truly has healing hands , much evident from her long career in nursing . This was my very first time of reflexology; and I regret why I didn’t do this sooner . Charlotte is such a warm , kind , gentle soul who’s aura along with her touch and healing hands had me in absolute relaxation and left me feeling on Cloud 9 - I already plan to book my mother , sister and gift vouchers for my friends HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all 5 ***** Thankyou kindly Charlotte , when Im next back in Derby I will be booking myself in again with you :)

Louise is just lovely and so good . I have had the best manicure and pedicure, really enjoyed it . I can’t thank Louise enough, she is just brilliant. I will definitely book again and Louise is a great listener too 😁xx

Ooh, now I’m torn…do I enjoy the head/face/shoulder massage more than the reflexology? Both are thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing 🥰 Will definitely be booking the top to toe treatment next time. Thank you Charlotte. Loved it!!

I have had such a great reflexology session with Charlotte, she is so lovely and welcoming really put me at ease. We discussed what I wanted support with and Charlotte listened with genuine care and sought out to help with my concerns. The reflexology was amazing! I would recommend Tonic Reflexology to everyone for physical and mental support.

I had a wonderful reflexology treatment with Charlotte. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and relaxed. Her touch is exceptional, and the pressure she applied was perfect, allowing me to drift into a deeply peaceful state. The treatment room had a beautifully calm ambience that enhanced the experience. I even had my first uninterrupted night’s sleep in quite some time afterwards. I am already looking forward to my next appointment. ✨
