This cold weather has been playing up my 2 year old ankle injury. Struggling to walk more that 2k steps a day. Great foot reflexology session yesterday and so far I'm on 8600 steps. Bit of sunshine and foot reflexology is doing wonders.

I really enjoy my appointments at Enerchi Radyr. This morning I had a wonderful facial treatment with Leah. I have been coming to Enerchi for about 15 years now, and really appreciate the good that it does me. Leah is a brilliant therapist who makes me feel very relaxed and welcome. Had a fantastic 2-hour bespoke package. Excellent, firm (at my request) full body massage, lymph drainage to help my lymphodoema, lovely Indian Head Massage, face mask and Reflexology to finish. Woukd thoroughly recommend.
