Teresa is always very attentive and caring with appointments. I always come out walking better than when I went in. She gives great exercises to help improve and has a great nature. Would highly recommend.

My first session with Teresa was very helpful. I was having some lower back pain that was keeping me awake at night. This session helped pinpoint the reason for the pain. She did some adjustments that helped immediately. I have a followup session planned.

Absolutely brilliant massage . He was very knowledgeable about muscles and skeletal issues. Gave me some exercises to strenghten and unknot my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend Hoffman Ngai at the Crows Nest.

Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Not just treatment but exercises to do to help recovery.

Always come away feeling so much better, cannot recommend Teresa enough she’s amazing.

Today’s tissue massage really helped open up my airways as I have been suffering with a really bad chesty cough. I feel very energised and my muscles are feeling very relaxed . Jason always provides a fantastic service and I happy to recommend the clinic as it offers some excellent treatments.

I recently tried another physio treatment clinic ( Physio Fitness @ Hurn) as I had heard positive things. I block booked some sessions, and after 3 months I was in as much pain as when I started! Not good! So, I looked elsewhere and booked in with Jason. After two sessions, I was pain-free! Totally and highly recommend Jason.
