Amazing .. totally relaxing experience head to toe ..

This was my first experience of lymphatic massage, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Catherine immediately put me at ease, talked me through the process and recommended what would best benefit my postmenopausal bloatedness. The room is lovely, warm and comforting with a rippling water effect on the ceiling, which I loved. Not that I was looking at it for long as I soon felt the relaxing effects of soothing oil and Catherine's gentle touch. Her post treatment advice that things will get 'moving' was spot on!

Caroline is fantastic, really tailors the therapies to your individual needs - I've seen improvements already since first visiting Rose Holistics and would recommend it to anyone!

Cat had always has a breath of fresh air - after a really stressful week, I was carrying some really bad tension in my neck and upper back - cat managed to do some serious work on and targeted this area and I felt more supple post treatment. Can’t wait to go back for more - love the treatment room as well.
