From start to finish I could not have wished for anything else .The room was tranquil and gave the sense of knowing you are going to totally relax and receive the effects you want from your treatment, I had for the first time a reflexology facial and I was totally immersed to its effect from start to finish . It is a wonderful treatment both relaxing and invigorating . I had the best nights sleep I have had in a while and today my face felt very smooth and I felt relaxed .I have booked my next treatment and without doubt recommend this facial and thank you Gayle for an amazing experience

Had a very relaxing time with Gayle left all my worries at the door and enjoyed the pampering I had a tai foot and leg massage which was just what I needed it was my first time at Balance and Bliss and I will definitely be back there are so many treatments to choose from Gayle offers great advice looking forward to my next visit

The cool cocoon with Gayle was a beautiful experience! From the moment I arrived I felt cherished. The scrub was almost ritualistic, it felt amazing. The massage was sooooo good, I really needed it! The facial was refreshing and light. The smells of everything Gayle used were fantastic … I’m actually missing the smells today! Gayle is such a beautiful nurturing soul 🥰

I love my ‘me’ time with Gayle… I don’t know where I’d be if Gayle didn’t work her magic on my aging limbs and muscles. She is so knowledgeable, just knows the right amount of pressure to knead out those troublesome achy bits. I always come out feeling so much better. Karens studio is the ultimate haven and she is a "miracle worker". I felt like a different person after my treatment, it really shifted the heaviness I was feeling in my body and mind and I left feeling like I had a total reset. Coming here is the best type of self care.

Had my first hot stone and bamboo massage with Gayle yesterday and it was honestly the best hour of my life, the best money I’ve spent! Gayle was amazing, from her energy and ability to read my energy, to her fantastic touch. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which is obvious from the minute you enter the room. Her manipulation of my muscles and her pressure was perfect, and the technique of doing the massage whilst lying in your side supported everything with comfy cushions was amazing. Can’t wait for my next appointment, and if you’re thinking about booking do not hesitate! 💖
