Tess is an outstanding hair braiding expert. I have never experienced this level of professionalism before. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, polite, and attentive. She took the time to ask exactly how I wanted my hair braided, which products and creams I preferred, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She even asked what music I would like to listen to before she started, which made the experience feel so personal and relaxing.🌻 Her attention to detail, excellent customer service, and passion for her work truly set her apart. I had the pleasure of having Testimony braid my two daughters’ hair, and she was absolutely amazing! My girls have very sensitive scalps, and she was so gentle, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made sure they were comfortable at all times, which I truly appreciated. Her parts were clean and precise, her braids were neat and beautifully done, and the styles came out flawless. She was also very professional and kind. Most importantly, my girls were happy, relaxed, and loved their hair. I highly recommend her services!
