Great value for money. Good advice on ensuring you are using the right form/technique ie good form over reps. Great motivation from the instructor and others participating in the boot camp. I highly recommend this fitness group to others. It doesn’t matter where you are at with your fitness journey you will be challenged and supported at all times.
