Lyndsey was recommended to me through my personal trainer. i initially went for help with my posture and since then been going with specific injuries. As i am training for specific sporting events Lyndsey's treatments and advice on training and lifestle choices have kept me on track with my and allowed me to continue building my fitness and my performance levels are improving. I will continue with sports massages on a regular bais as part of my training regime and cannot recomend Lyndsey highly enough!!!

Excellent! I have visited Physios and Chiropractors in the past with no one alleviating my symptoms or offering a solution. So just put it down to menopause and age. I googled for someone local to me to try a lymphatic drain. XForce popped up! I am so pleased it did! Lyndsey explained everything, the treatments was good and I felt the benefits. During the treatment I felt tender & tight in a lot of muscles so I have recently been for a sports massage. I did not realise how tight my muscles were. I m not going to lie it brought tears to my eyes however walking back I strode out and felt good,

I recently had surgery and was recommended by my surgeon to have lymphatic drainage massage. My first session was absolutely amazing – I had the best night’s sleep afterwards! I’ve now been going weekly, and I can really feel the difference. I genuinely look forward to each session. Lyndsay is brilliant – she’s very knowledgeable, professional, and such a lovely person. I always enjoy our chats too. Thank you, Lyndsay, for all your help and care. I will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to everyone! Fantastic experience. Annalea listened and asked questions about my back pain. She worked through all the issues and I actually got a great nights sleep! (although, as she did say would happen - I do feel a bit sore today) I'll be back!

Anna Lea is amazing at what she does. She will go very far. It's a shame the other girls in the shop aren't respectful enough to keep their noise level down when Anna lea is trying her best to make her client's experience special. Maybe something to keep in mind when it comes to respect. But I will definitely book in again with annalea has she has something special. Plus she is making my fat slowly disappear. Thanks sweetie. Lyndsay is amazing at what she does, very professional and talks you through everything. Went in with a very painful back neck and shoulders that had built up over years and after the first session my muscle pain had more of less gone. Had my second session yesterday and it’s the best it’s ever been and I feel amazing. Thank you so much x
