I’m very happy with my experience with Ryan. He gave me a manageable set of exercises and took time to discuss my recovery in a way that felt encouraging and practical. I now have a better understanding of how to view my progress, measure pain levels, and recognise when I can safely push myself or when I need to hold back. I feel more confident moving forward with my recovery.

My son loves going and getting so much out of the sessions. Josh is really great with him and others too when supporting Josh. My son’s technique has really developed but most of all, he loves the session, gained confidence and loves to go.

What an absolute gorgeous woman Rio is, I’ve never felt so comfortable walking into a hairdressers and having my haircut and hair extensions fitted by someone before. Very friendly, welcoming and makes you feel extra comfortable and relaxed, my hair also looks gorgeous!! Thankyou Rio 🫶🏼🩷

If I could give a 6th star I would! The customer service has been excellent when dealing with staff face to face and on email. They’ve listened to the needs of my child and responded on a personal level. I’d highly recommend them!

The staff are amazing.. they are patient, gentle and such a delight to be around. Never had a hairstyle done by them, that I didnt like.. I would recommend everytime
