I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oksana really took the time to listen, explain everything properly and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment. Nelly is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. Elena was methodical and through in her assessment of my issues and used an array of tools where necessary during massage treatments. After only three sessions, my pain and symptoms are greatly reduced. I would highly recommend.

Irina, the owner, is simply incredible – so warm, genuinely passionate, and unbelievably knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in detail, and made me feel 100% confident in my treatment plan. I had SPM combined with RF microneedling with the fabulous therapists Nellie and Oxana, and wow – the results are already stunning after just one session! Both Nellie and Oxana are total pros! 💯 recommended!
