Jamie was very courteous, professional and friendly, in fact we chatted as if we'd known each other for years and even found we had acquaintances in common. Very professional and engaging. Jamie is very friendly and you can either have a good conversation or happy silence while having your massage. I have had 2 massages from Jamie now both while suffering from an injury and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about his field, always makes sure you are getting what you need out of the massage, and that you are comfortable with the massage. I'm going to be a recurring customer even after my injury is sorted out.

Excellent service from start to finish. The location is convenient with easy parking, and Jamie made me feel welcome and completely relaxed from the moment I arrived. His confidence, experience, and knowledge are evident, and he was able to effectively address my tight muscles and aid my recovery after intense exercise. I would certainly recommend Jamie and will be booking again soon. Without doubt, this is the best massage I’ve experienced in the Gosport/Fareham area, and I’ve tried several others over the years. 5 star service for sure.

I have to say this is one of the best sports massages I've ever had. I was nervous beforehand, expecting it to be painful, but it was far more comfortable than I thought. I've had ongoing calf and back pain for a long time and felt nothing would help. From the start, Jamie put me at ease, listened carefully, and was very professional, explaining everything throughout. His knowledge of muscles and movement is outstanding. He explained the cause, treatment, and what to expect. I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud. He also gave great aftercare advice 5*. Definitely booing again.

I can’t believe how much difference one session with Jamie made after years of living with pain. His knowledge and techniques were incredible, and the strengthening advice he gave alongside the sports massage was so helpful. He made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout, while always being professional and respectful. Any future sports massage bookings will definitely be with Jamie. Highly recommend!

I had a sports massage with Jamie for the first time today after not having had one for three months. My muscles were really tight but Jamie quickly identified all the problem areas and worked on them thoroughly. I left feeling much looser and noticing a difference. Jamie was professional, knowledgeable, and I would highly recommended him.

First time sports massage newbie, Jamie was very professional throughout the entire process of welcome, explanation of what to expect, sports massage itself, and aftercare/self help recommendations. The sports massage was very thorough and relaxing, and I left the session feeling a lot less tense than I had realised I actually was. Would certainly recommend Jamie, and will be returning again.
