I’ve been having PT sessions with Brad for around 9 weeks. I’ve lost weight and I’ve noticed such a difference in the way my body looks. I feel more toned and actually enjoy going to the gym now.

The best PT around. Honestly Brad make you feel so comfortable and confident without a gym. He pushes you to your limit knowing you can achieve them. I’ve had few PTs in the best, Brad is the best one by far. His commitment to his clients and so great, also going the extra mile to help us achieve a goals.

I have know Brad for some time now but from the first time I met him I felt at ease and comfortable to be able to chat with him he works you hard to get results money well spent if your serious about training. Brad also keeps in contact with you to see how your doing he don’t just pt then forget about you till your next pt he will be checking in on you. He has a wealth of knowledge around training in and out of the gym and nutrition I highly recommend Brad to anyone I wouldn’t train with anyone else.

Brad, is so friendly and approachable. Always on hand if you have a wobble. I have many health conditions and Brad tailors my sessions to ensure I am pushed just enough to get some benefit, but not too much that I am shattered for the rest of the week. My weekly sessions are a lifeline.
