Ryan doesn’t just massage you, he crates a holistic environment to actually support recovery, he’s professional, knowledgeable and friendly as well as being a total expert in what the body needs to feel good and be fitter , healthier and your absolute best. He knew exactly what I needed and after just one session I’ve got more results than osteopaths physiotherapists and Drs combined. Do not hesitate to go and see him for a treatment because he’s genuinely the best.

Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. He has healing hands and quickly identified the areas causing pain and discomfort. Ryan was absolutely amazing! Super professional and really took the time to ensure I was getting the correct treatment tailored to my needs. The room was lovely and it was such a relaxing environment. Iv struggled with back pain for a while and have had many massages in the past with the practitioner not being able to remove knots in my upper back… which Ryan did!!! Honestly couldn’t recommend Ryan more and can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you 💕 x

Had my first sports massage today and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. It definitely wasn’t painfree, but it never felt uncomfortable just the kind of pressure you know is actually doing something. I went in with really tight legs and upper back pain, and I’ve come out feeling so much looser and more relaxed. Huge difference already. Big thanks to Ryan really professional, made me feel at ease, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Already booked in again and actually looking forward to it this time. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with muscle tension.

My experience was amazing from start to finish. Booking was straight forward, and I loved that there was a choice of not knowing what I wanted! Ryan was welcoming, put me at ease immediately and was very knowledgeable. We went through my choices and Ryan explained what will happen. I came away happy and being able to move! Ryan was very professional at all times and put me at ease immediately. Ryan asked me what pressure I would like and made me feel stress free after my massage. I have fibromyalgia and the massage gave me so much pain relief, that I felt I could run a marathon. I would highly recommend Ryan. 5* service

Had the most amazing massage from Ryan! He calls it bespoke and bespoke it certainly is🙌🏼 He's clearly very knowledgeable in terms of anatomy and is highly experienced, blending a plethora of massage techniques in order to release even the tightest of knots. I left genuinely feeling taller and so so relaxed. He's also very respectful, consent-led at all times and made me feel very at ease. Highly recommend!

I had a full body massage today with Ryan and it was a great experience from start to finish. He was very welcoming and explained everything he was doing throughout the session, which made me feel completely at ease. He constantly checked that the pressure was okay and adjusted when needed.
