Konrad is fun and easy to work with very knowledgeable in both massage and personal training. Have been seeing him over last 2 months for PT sessions and I have recovered much faster over years pain due to posture and muscle imbalances. I wish to continue my journey with Konrad. Thank you

Another killer leg sesh this morning with Matty, hitting pbs after pbs! Training with Matt has been a game changer. He always knows exactly how much I have left in the tank and pushes me to hit that one last rep….even when I don’t think I can. His motivation is unmatched, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about my progress. Since working with him, my strength has improved dramatically, and I’ve been steadily dropping weight on the scale too!

I’ve seen Conrad twice so far for back pain, and he has truly exceeded my expectations. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but his treatments have made a real difference in my pain management. Konrad has been fantastic in getting my shoulder moving better with less pain and working on finding the root cause of the issue. He has also put together a recovery program to help me long-term and have as a fallback if needed. Highly professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I was having some issues with my right knee. Pain when training was stopping me from doing certain exercises in my program. Eden did some assessments and identified my knee pain was being caused by tight adductors which needed releasing. This treatment was so effective and worth while as now I’m able to train to my full ability, with absolutely no knee pain 🙌
