The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had an excellent experience with my eyebrow threading! Ravina is incredibly skilled, patient, and attentive to detail. She took the time to shape my brows perfectly to suit my face, and the results were clean, natural, and beautifully defined. The process was quick, gentle, and far less painful than I expected. I had such a great experience at this Rachel Katie Cosmetics. Bronwyn is absolutely amazing — so professional, talented, and friendly. I’ve been going to Ravina for years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She always knows exactly what suits me and somehow gets them perfect every single time. Ravina is so lovely, friendly, and professional, and she always makes me feel completely at ease and welcome from the moment I walk in. I always leave feeling so much more confident. I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.
